GENERAL INFORMATION:
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on www.thedutchmaid.com. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Unless otherwise noted, the Dutch Maid Bakery ships all items within two days of receiving an order. Personalized items will ship within 5 days. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. An email notification will also be sent when your order is shipped.
All items are shipped via UPS ground with the shipping fee based on weight. Below are examples of the weight of products.
Loaves of bread: 1.5 pounds
Jams & jellies: 1.25 pounds
Cookies: .25 - 1 pound
Aprons: 1 pound

$11.50 shipping for orders totaling 1 - 4 pounds
$13.50 shipping for orders totaling 5 -9 pounds
$16.50 shipping for orders totaling 10 - 13 pounds
$19.50 shipping for orders totaling 14 - 18 pounds
$22.50 shipping for orders totaling 19 - 22 pounds
$25.50 shipping for orders totaling 23 - 27 pounds
$28.50 shipping for orders totaling 28 - 32 pounds
$31.50 shipping for orders totaling 33 - 36 pounds
$34.50 shipping for orders totaling 37 - 41 pounds
$37.50 shipping for orders totaling 42 - 46 pounds
$40.50 shipping for orders totaling 47 - 50 pounds
RETURN POLICY:
1. Only defective products can be returned.
2. All returns or exchanges must be authorized. Call 931-592-3171 or email info@thedutchmaid.com to process a return or exchange.
3. All requests for credit or replacement must be made within five days of receipt of product. |
